By using 5rely you agree to these terms. 5rely sells one-time PDF competitive positioning reports based on publicly available business information (for example Google Maps listings and related public web sources).
The service
Reports are informational. They are not legal, financial, or professional advice. Rankings, competitor sets, and scores can change as public data changes. We are not affiliated with Google LLC.
Pricing & delivery
Prices are shown in AUD and charged once per report. We aim to email your PDF within 15 minutes of successful payment. If we fail to deliver your report for a paid order, contact us for a refund.
Acceptable use
Provide a Maps URL you are authorised to analyse (typically your own business). Do not misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or submit unlawful content.
Liability
To the extent permitted by Australian consumer law, our liability for a paid report is limited to the amount you paid for that report. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you cannot waive under applicable law.
